I’m a former collegiate football athlete who played for the Southern Arkansas University Muleriders, where I held the university’s all-time rushing record for over 10 years and earned multiple honors. At 5'6" and 195 lbs, I was undersized—but I learned how to train the right way to become explosive.
Athletic performance has always been a major part of my life. Today, as a Certified NASM Personal Trainer and Athletic Performance Trainer, I strive to help others unlock and tap into their full athletic potential.
